"After reading the reviews I just had to pack up the car and take the family to Phoever for dinner. Luckily one of the reviews mentioned that they actually close at 8 pm even though the web says 9 pm. I called to make sure, and sure enough they close at 8 pm.Between the six of us we ordered pho, bahn mi, and rice plates. Everything was good. I wouldn't rate the food as GREAT; but I was happy with my meal. I didn't know it ahead of time, so I couldn't take advantage of the offer, but they give a ten percent discount to patrons that pay cash. Visiting from out of town, hands down this is the best pho I ever had . Great customer service, clean space. The pho is delicious and the chili open just tops it off . The taro smoothie with boba is great and refreshing
