"Ein Freund und ich hatten letzte Woche Montag Hunger und sind mal ins quack gegangen. Dort angekommen gegen Mittag haben wir Getränke bestellt und die tagessuppe als Vorspeise. Zum Hauptgang beide ein Rumpsteak. Die Suppe kam vor den Getränken. Die Suppe war noch nicht komplett aufgegessen da kam schon der Beilagensalat für's Rumpsteak und keine 2 Minuten später stand schon das Rumpsteak auf dem Tisch das geschmacklich in Ordnung war. Wir haben keine 30 Minuten dort gesessen und waren schon durch mit allem. Dannach ging's uns natürlich nicht so gut da wir so schnell gegessen hatten."

Wir waren nach einer Motorradtour hier zum Essen. Bei schönem Wetter fanden wir im Biergarten ein Plätzchen.15.00 Uhr kein Problem. Die Küche ist durchgehend geöffnet.Wir wurden gut bedient und das Essen ließ nicht lange auf sich warten.Alles war frisch zubereitet.Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmte.

Suppe: eine undefinierbare Flüssigkeit; Kotelett: In der Fritteuse frittiert, hat vor Fett nur so getrieft,Gemüse: total verkocht, eine Pampe,dazu kam, dass die Bedienung zunächst nicht wusste welches Tagesessen an diesem Tag angeboten wurde,Der Koch oder die Köchin sollten dringendst einen Kochkurs besuchen,Ich hab es trotzdem gegessen, der Hunger hat's getrieben, denn der Teufel frisst ja bekanntlich auch Fliegen.Note 6, ungenügend, Setzen...!!!Absolut nicht zu empfehlen,Mich wird dieses Lokal so schnell nicht wieder sehen.

"I know a little in Kaiserslautern. But there are always new tips. And old tips. I remembered Saarschmecker's contribution to the Cardinale of 2015. “Food” has me when reading this review that I never noticed this Ristorante before. Our car was free from 19.00 a.m., so we tried our luck in the “Cardinale” without reservation. Unfortunately we couldn't sit in the green courtyard anymore, the summer is over. The historic building has survived wars. Today's building represents the rest of a farm with economic buildings. So everything is slightly angled and heats out. A very young employee welcomed us with a radiant smile. For a Tuesday evening the restaurant was already very well visited. Luckily we got another nicely covered table in the vaulted cellar. Reserves should not be a mistake. The maps were equally handed, the recommendations for the day were again written on a large wallboard. We ordered a bottle of mineral water, San Pellegrino, 0.75 l € 5,50. The menu offers pizza, pasta and Italian classics. We agreed quickly: The spaghetti with truffles € 16,90 should be for both of us. A small appetizer salad was not on the map, but the patient assured that she was not a problem. The desired dressing was requested. Mineral water was immediately and the small salads, as desired with balsamicodressing, were served shortly later.
