"After reading many reviews, we decided to give Red Dragon Express a try. As a native New Yorker who is particular about Chinese food, I have been disappointed in Arizona for the past 22 years. However, Red Dragon Express pleasantly surprised us. We found that ordering freshly cooked items, rather than from the buffet, was the key.
