Visit Karlsruhe every year and this is local eatery I go to at least twice during visit. If you have any trouble with menu ask staff who are very helpful and informed, and there is good chance chef comes out and asks you about your satisfaction as well. Even sea food, I had squid, seemed very fresh (am not a foodie ha ha) and other meat dishes are always cooked to specification. Mother is a vegetarian and she got a large plate of pasta with vegetables to order. Wine and beer menu is good as well, with local breweries well represented.
