"We were very sorry when the Michelin star chef Michael Röhm closed his restaurant Zum Heidkrug at the end of We had eaten there many times and never been disappointed. We knew he was opening a new place with a completely different concept so...we were happy to test Röhms Deli on our most recent visit to Lüneburg. We were not disappointed. Although the meal selection is limited, it is creative and enticing. Our food was delicious. The sweet potato fries were some of the best I've ever eaten. We sat outside on the pleasant terrace but I also had a look at the interior dining room, which is lovely. If they hadn't been closed on Sunday and Monday, we would have gone back for another meal. Great, good food, cheap and cosy. Not the best service. But the taste of the food is great! I Can recommend going there

Great deli – restaurant located in the old city center of Lüneburg. Have previously visit the restaurant Zum Heidekrug and so glad that Chef Michael Röhm opened the deli after the closure of the Heidekrug. Great service and excellent food. From starter to dessert all...courses reflected the passion of food, fresh products and service. I can only recommend this gem. Remember to book well in advance to avoid disappointment

Rohm is a talented chef and the menu is creative, but on our visit the food was not up to his standards and the staff was inattentive. Pasta with wild mushrooms was oversalted and sandy, suggesting the mushrooms had not been well-cleaned after leaving the...wild. An asian-influenced halibut amusingly included dried-ramen-style noodles but the fish was tough. The rather brusque waitress vanished for long periods of time despite a sparse late-lunch crowd, and had to be chased down for the check. Small glasses of tap water were provided on request but were never refilled. Others in my family have had better expriences though so if I lived here I would give it another try

"the facility: the whole restaurant is decorated in modern Italian style. come in the restaurant, are located on the right side some tables. follow the drink station and show kitchen. the left side of the restaurant is intended for guests. is eaten on light wood tables decorated with fresh herbs (e.g. basil). on the walls are typical Italian black and white pictures. In between you will find large olive trees that give the restaurant a Mediterranean flair. However, not only indoors can be eaten, but also in front of the restaurant there are numerous seats. the basket chairs and tables are surrounded by large bambus plants that create an extremely cozy atmosphere. with views of the old beautiful salt houses lüneburgs you can enjoy eating properly. There is also a small courtyard in which you can sit with rain as it is covered. eating and drinks: the menu in the piccanti can be described as very rich and versatile. as gast you can choose between antipasti, pasta, salat, pizza and dessert. while there are different prices for each dish during the antipasti and dessert, pasta and pizza are divided into different categories. so there are four different categories, both in pasta and in pizza, whose dishes cost between five and eight euro. that you have a small view; here are some examples: if you like to eat “Pasta arrabbiata” (so nudge with sharp tomatensoße), you have to pay five euro. for pasta with lachs and spinat it would be eight euro. in the pizza it looks similar. simple pizzas like “Pizza zucchini e rosmarino” (so pizza with zucchini, rosmarin and mozzarella) cost five euro. the variants with scampi, rucola and mozzarella will cost eight euro again. at salat it is similar: a large basic salad with dressing you get for 4,50€. for each additional ingredient, for example scampis or cheese, you will pay a euro. next to a menu there is also a drink card in the piccanti. this is, compare with other (fast) restaurants, very versatile and detailed. besides cold drinks, warm drinks can also be ordered. the wine card is especially extensive. the beverage prices are in the normal range. for a water you pay for 1,80€. prices for the antipasti and dessert range from 3,00 to 3,50€ for dessert and 3,50 to 6,50€ for the antipasti opening hours: opened piccanti from 11 o'clock. the restaurant is closed against 23 o'clock. at the weekend there are longer opening times. pro: I am thrilled by the idea to divide pizzas and pasta into categories. the offer is manageable, but with sixteen different pizzas and pastages varied enough. thanks to the categories you have the opportunity to find the right for each wallet without having to scroll through the card for a long time. the costs are so well calculable. I like the foods always freshly prepared. because in piccanti there is a so-called show kitchen. several chefs work here simultaneously next to each other. each has its own space and its own ingredients that have broken up before itself. as a guest you have the opportunity to look the cook exactly on the fingers. after having given up his order, the chef grabs, depending on the desired dish, the associated ingredients and immediately releases. For example, if you choose a barley dish, the cook takes a wok-like pan and prepares everything freshly. the pasta, by the way, from its own production is freshly cooked. during the preparation, it is always asked whether this or that ingredient should also find the way into the wok. so you have to eat at any time under control and can be sure that nothing you don't like is put in the dish. It is also beautiful because you know that nothing is disgusting with your eating. Restaurants where you are disgusting before your own eating because the associated kitchen doesn't look appetizing, I think everyone, or? the preparation at piccanti is absolutely hygienic. for each food a new one is taken. by the fact that eating on the chip card is charged, the hands of the cook remain clean, as they do not come in touch with the money. I also like the facility. through the large olive trees and the bright furnishings, the restaurant is very welcoming and also a little noble. I also find it pleasant to meet many young people. but also for families the restaurant is very suitable. It is not particularly favorable in terms of price, but prices are comparable to a normal Italian. maybe even a little cheaper. eating is served in large white dishes (salat and noodles), so it looks very noble. tasty food is fabulous. Until now I have not yet been able to taste all too many dishes, but the noodles with pesto, fresh parmesan and pine nuts were simply delicious. also the nudes with rucola, parmesan and tomaten I highly recommend. the pizzas and the salads I saw were also very delicious. the portions are large, so one can be filled with a portion. I also like in piccanti that it is not only a restaurant, but also a bar and a caffe. so you can also spend the afternoon in piccanti and enjoy a kakao. Conclusion: a restaurant for everyone: no court costs over eight euro. you can take all the dishes. who likes, can even buy the noodles from their own production and thus conjure a homemade pasta dish. so far I can't find anything negative about piccanti yet and therefore recommend it to anyone who spends a few days in lüneburg or even the luck has to live here. clear five stars."
