"I ordered an egg and bacon sandwich, but it was disgusting. There was no egg on it, the dough was undercooked, and there were no straws provided. The drinks were just froth. I am always a fan of this place! The coffee may not be the best, but still enjoyable. Food is rated 4 out of 5, service is excellent with a score of 5 out of 5, and the atmosphere is also a 5 out of 5.

They did not put the cap on my drink properly. When I picked up the drink and tilted it to take a sip, the cap fell off and the drink spilled all over my new jacket. Despite there being three employees present, none of them apologized. I had to actually ask for a new cap for my half-spilled drink. This experience was terrible. The restaurant should consider hiring employees who are more attentive and caring.
