"This morning, the young man at the drive-thru made my day! He had such a positive energy and was incredibly welcoming. Although they mistakenly made my coffee with whipped cream instead of cold foam, they quickly made me a new drink and even offered to let me keep both. Not only did they make my morning, but my coworker also got to enjoy a coffee thanks to their kindness. I appreciate their friendliness and high energy, especially considering it was still before 8 o'clock. Thank you!"
