"The service at this restaurant is terrible; the staff is rude and never let customers know when their drink is ready. They do not pay attention to what customers have ordered, making it difficult for them to know what is what. The coffee here is also not as good as at other locations. When customers ask for a new drink because their order was messed up (even though it was a simple order), the staff gives them attitude."
