"Every single time I come to this location, the drive through cashier with the multiple ear piercings the butterfly tattoo on her inner forearm has a very unsavory attitude(she had no name tag so I can only describe her). She talks down to you would you try to make sure your drink is made to your liking. She’s condescending and EXTREMELY RUDE."

What was once the best Starbucks in the area is now one of the worst. Employees stand around doing nothing yet claim that they are so busy that it takes over 15 minutes to receive a small order. Used to love going here but NO MORE!

he worst they never have anything and when they do they are super slow when I make a mobile order it's very rare that it's ready when I get there and usually the order is incomplete when you tell them they left something out then they want to act like your trying to get over on them I'm like really I'm trying to steal a damn cake pop !
