"If you Google Tatte Bakery, you'll find a few articles about the owner's behavior and treatment of staff. Despite that, the masses still flock to their beautifully-designed cafes. That means the food is THAT good and it is. They have dozens of pastries and breakfast items and each is full of flavor. My go-to is the croque monsieur, halva chocolate chip cookie and halva latte."

The bakeries and pastries were actually Delicioussss.. but we also ordered the shakshoka it was 5/10! The Mozzarella sandwich was below average. In my opinion they should work more on their salty foods

Thought I had reviewed this but here we are I hate that I love Tatte, but it's a solid place to grab a bite for breakfast or lunch, coffee, etc. online ordering is easy and you can pick up right on the to go station. The breakfast biscuit with eggs is huge and with a side at that price feels like a steal especially for the area. Great addition to capital crossing!

"incredibly disappointed! first we have this restaurant for a birthday dinner on other options based on their menu, but once we were there, the menu was not what they have on their website. specific entrees that drag us to aragosta were not at all in the menu. I know the website state menu items can change, they will react with the nationwide lack of products it is difficult to get deliveries, but seriously if their printed menus are up to date their online menu should also be because guess what? there is no printing involved! the height of the wee that was available, again, weeping on the online menu were not on the printed weeping list, mediocre was best still the brandup was extreme. Thirdly, the time we waited for our food was unacceptable and when it arrived, it was cooked cold. the cabernet sauce with the chateabriand tasted no different than a glass shop bought brown engraving the duck, ordered medium rare, but served almost medium-heavy cold. the filet mignon was boiled on request, but hardly warm the Bernaise sauce tasted just like the packed powder mixture that it received in food business. nothing special or unique. next missing the service. our server apologised for the time it needed to get our wein later our meal times, and said that one of their server had to leave unexpectedly due to disease, but there were other support so that our water should have been refilled several times, but we had to ask for fillings they would help supply food before it became cold. all dinge considered the price we paid over $200 was not worth what we have the over 4 star rating is unnoticed. because we were not the only two in our party, we decided not to express our disappointment complaint at that time."
