"This is a business worthy of our patronage! The food is always good and the owner is someone I respect. I had a conversation with him on the other night about the coupons that were no longer used. He could not have been more transparent with me, although I did not deserve a complete explanation. He could have just said it was our new policy and left it alone. Instead, he took the time to explain the high inflation environment, many business owners are currently facing. The margins have become much narrower. I wanted to share this interaction with the good food and a business that clearly appreciates its customers."
