"My family and I went in on Saturday evening and they said “Sorry, we can’t help you.” Everyone in the restaurant just stared at us as we were forced to turn around and leave. It was embarrassing and uncalled for. If they were busy, a more appropriate response would have been to give us an estimated wait timenot flat out tell us no!
