"Awful. Ordered through Bite Squad. Bite Squad driver was great. Had to wait at restaurant way too long. They need to update their Bite Squad menu to actually have items they sell. Initially was told the Beyond Burger was out of stock, I OKd a swap to a cheaper burger IF they made up the difference in fries. They didn’t. Also, I ordered a milkshake. Ordered a vegetarian burger. They were out of the vegetarian burgers so instead of notifying me and cancelling the order they substituted it with a beef patty. That’s not how this works!

Placed an order, waited over an hour and didn't get the notification that it was ready. When I went to the store they told me they never made my order because they where out of ingredients. They never even tried to contact me and forced me to go through a third party to get my refund which took 3 days. DONT GO HERE
