"From the moment we say goodbye, our dinner was nothing short of amazing! Believe, our server, made sure to inform us about the menus and wines. All proposals were welcomed. The lobster tacos and the cheese basket were delicious! And also the beautiful scallops! But the braided ribs took the front tip! My husband won't stop talking about her! Free champagne for our anniversary was so beautiful! We have already recommended the restaurant to many friends and look forward to returning! Thank you for making our 5-year anniversary so unforgettable! Sea Glass is now a favorite of us! Good work for the whole team!"

"I have lived in the Portland area for over 10 years and have driven by this restaurant several times. My partner do date night out and were looking for something different then our regular spots and we decided to pull in. We were not disappointed! The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. The food was phenomenal. We had the Brie and head of garlic and fruit for an appetizer. He had the steak with mashed potato and I the burger with their frittered onion rings. We also had cocktails and dessert. Their cheese cake was a hit. I had the gluten free chocolate cup cake it was decadent and you could not tell it was GF. Our Server was amazing and can't thank Julie enough on her suggestions and superior customer service. We have made this a new date night go to. Thank you for a great first experience!"

"Sea Glass is one of our favorite restaurants! We live locally but we’re located inland, so when we want to escape to an ocean venue, this is our first choice for fine dining. Our diet is vegetarian and Chef Dave creates and prepares the most delicious and innovative dishes we’ve ever enjoyed-fresh, sumptuous and perfectly plated!! The windows overlook the gardens and the ocean in the distance; the dining room is spotless and the wait staff is exceedingly professional and polite, making the whole experience wonderful!"

"We don't often go, but boy is a treat when we do it! We chose Burger to visit the cottage. The decision was between the cauldron bay and the lobster hut (both are only on the road for us) but lobster-sock prices rose this year and the food quality went down (most burgers are small and come only with a piece of cheese on a thin, squatted bungalow). We ate some ice cream while the food was prepared, so many flavors along your classic soft serving, all I was delicious. The burgers were juicy, full and tasteful. Topped with cheese, salad and whatever spices and vegetables you want. Buns were soft and fresh, not lined flat. Fries were long and cooked for perfection. Our children separated a grilled cheese and it was more than enough, with cheese on nice thick slices of bread. The staff is sweet and the service is great. Parking also turns pretty fast, so if the lot is full, it won't take long before a stain gets up. Will definitely try to come back before they close for the season!"

"Bob and I decided to go in the middle of the day for drinks and desserts. We wanted to go somewhere else, so decided to go where my beautiful office niece, Lacey works Rudy's of the Cape. I had the pumpkin cheesecake mousse. Bob had the Lemon Sunshine Cake. The mousse was made with goat cheese I love. I know not everyone likes goat cheese, but PLEASE don't let you stop trying this dessert. It's dying. Seriously. It is served with a walnut granola crumb, which there is only enough crunch. It is a large part served in a small can mason jar. The Lemon Sunshine Cake was a surprise. The pound cake was not heavy and the lemon was perfect the first (and only) bite I had made my eyes cross and my lips pucker. In my opinion, this is exactly what a lemon has to do. If not, what is the point? The presentation of this dessert was beautiful at least two slices of pound cake cut on the diagonal served on a slate floor with only enough whipped cream to anchor the pound of cake on the tray. I will say the desserts were a little pricier than other area restaurants, but the quality of dessert (not to mention the portion size) guaranteed the price (ok, a little less would have been beautiful). We stayed there during the social hour and enjoyed very cheap wines. While we enjoyed our drinks and desserts, we looked at the lunch and dinner menus. Both menus offer very interesting options, of which we have not seen in area restaurants. A table near us got the eggs 3 halves, the whites were deep fried. Again the presentation was beautiful. Prices seemed very reasonable for this kind of restaurant. If you can't say it, I'm big on the presentation. A beautiful presentation can help to increase the level of the entire meal in my mind. That is, the qualification of Rudy's food does not need the help, but it is certainly a nice note. The restaurant itself is very clean, a kind of rustic with many natural wood and cement floors. The chefs are in sight of the guests, and they have an oven for pizza. Bob and I went there with certain plans to return. Anybody want to join us?"
