"I must say, the restaurant's hours are unpredictable. Today is Thursday at 12:30 and it is closed again. This has happened multiple times before. I live in the same building and often find it closed during its supposed opening hours. I'm not sure what's going on. I have been coming here for years, and it has been hit or miss.
