"Good food. Menu posted on line was NOT the one available so a little disappointed not to get a lobster roll. No desserts. Amazing raw oysters and shrimp cocktail."

"Now here in a mood for the first time, and this is far and away the best place to get a lobster roll I've ever been! Very recommended!"

"I have lived in the area for many years and have gone by the Milepost Tavern many times but never stopped in. Finally, my wife and I stopped there and we were pleased with our experience. The food was well prepared. The stuffed quahog was tremendous! The service was prompt and friendly. The beer menu is relatively mundane with mass brews. The cod fish with crab meat and newberg sauce was very good. Portions were average but adequate. We will be going back."

"we have been a long waiter of the Winsor House, but tonight our last visit was until the new property has taken over. unfortunately our dinner and service left us very unsatisfactory. our server was terrible. he wouldn't ask a simple question about the assignment of kartoffeln kartoffeln after she informed us that they were suddenly out of the escape we had ordered. he was hardly attentive and when we asked about the dessert for a drink, the bar informed us, although many tables around us enjoy their drinks. do not waste their time or money on this end meal, it is not worth it."

"In a small town you want to support the local business. However when the local business doesn't support the residents of the small town the end result is never good. The manager attempted to correct a mistake by lying and informing me that the meal was recreated from scratch. When I explained a third time I was highly allergic it finally clicked to the manager to be honest. He made no attempt to correct the situation, only offering to remove the item that I did not receive from the bill. No way to run a business, only hope their other locations take a different approach."
