"Fantastic place, the ambience is wonderful! I spent a lot of time checking the artwork and decoration in the dining room. The decor and attention to detail with furniture made us feel special sitting in this room. My friend and I were very comfortable with the temperature. It was a bit loud, but we could hear each other. The food was highest quality. We really enjoy the shrimps in garlic oil, the crabs filled pepper was amazing, the potatoes in a mini-ice wok was delicious. Service was excellent. The waitress reviewed us some times at perfect times. Definitely recommend! Come and drink in a cozy room!"

We had something to do this evening, so I found this place on OpenTable. It was great. Nothing beautiful, but the tapas and sangria were very good, service was good, and price not exorbitant for DC. We sat outside and there is only so much that you can do to block the traffic noise of Connecticut Ave, but they have planter boxes up and so their best. We do not go very often into this part of the city, but we would go back def if we find ourselves there. Really good food and a good value for what you pay.

"incredibly disappointed! first we have this restaurant for a birthday dinner on other options based on their menu, but once we were there, the menu was not what they have on their website. specific entrees that drag us to aragosta were not at all in the menu. I know the website state menu items can change, they will react with the nationwide lack of products it is difficult to get deliveries, but seriously if their printed menus are up to date their online menu should also be because guess what? there is no printing involved! the height of the wee that was available, again, weeping on the online menu were not on the printed weeping list, mediocre was best still the brandup was extreme. Thirdly, the time we waited for our food was unacceptable and when it arrived, it was cooked cold. the cabernet sauce with the chateabriand tasted no different than a glass shop bought brown engraving the duck, ordered medium rare, but served almost medium-heavy cold. the filet mignon was boiled on request, but hardly warm the Bernaise sauce tasted just like the packed powder mixture that it received in food business. nothing special or unique. next missing the service. our server apologised for the time it needed to get our wein later our meal times, and said that one of their server had to leave unexpectedly due to disease, but there were other support so that our water should have been refilled several times, but we had to ask for fillings they would help supply food before it became cold. all dinge considered the price we paid over $200 was not worth what we have the over 4 star rating is unnoticed. because we were not the only two in our party, we decided not to express our disappointment complaint at that time."
