wanted a light lunch while touring Bamberg. Service was quick but somewhat impersonal.....even for Germany. Salad was a nice size but heavily loaded with an oily dressing. Atmosphere outside is lovely, though.

We searched Trip Advisor and found Villa Geyerswoerth, and the reviews were right. We had the Soup with baked Beetroot and truffles, the bass with black rice, and the fennel with scollops and prawns. Very good ambiance and service. Lovely wine from the region.
