Vinoteca Poscol, overall, I could tell had some really good ingredients and simple, well executed dishes. But I didn 't love the atmosphere. The restaurant was quite chilly and the tables were a little oddly spaced. I would have wanted it to feel a little more 'cozy ' in the space.
