"Went here on a Thursday. night at 6:00 pm., 2nd time here. Long wait in drive thru, 4 cars ahead of me took 20 minutes to receive burger order. The good part was it was one of the best Wendy's burgers I've had. Crisp lettuce , hot, had all ingredients while sitting in parking lot eating saw 2 more employees arrive so maybe it speeded up. They need to start work earlier than 6:30 to head off the rush. It will be a while before I try again."

Drive thru service is horrible, couldn’t get service. Late Night manager tried to justify inadequate service with lack of employees, but there were 5 employees standing around and only 3 cars in the drive thru, inside was closed. This place needs a new manager for late night.

07/05/23 at about 3:10pm your drive thru server was singing loud at me with his responses. Your food is this much .... Here is your food ....Enjoy your meal ....Singing this loud and instead of talking like a mature human being. It was the silliest thing I ever experienced in a drive through. That isn 't normal behavior!

Worst Wendy's ever. I work 2nd shift and they are open when I get off work. It took me about 2 weeks to understand that after 11pm, screw you, you're done. They are the worst Wendy's in the area. I can drive to the one on Woodruff Road or Greer and have far better service. Whoever Manages/Owns this place needs to shut it down, fire everyone and start over.
