"Wendy's is Wendy's what do you expect. I still don't understand why I cannot get hot fries. Even when I ask for them without salt I live less than 5 minutes away and they're cold every time I come home. And I ordered my neighbor a double baconator and he got a single so not only did I get cold fries I got shorted out of my order which cost me more money. Happens all the time there's no way to check those sandwiches while you're sitting in the Drive-Thru I wish they would just pay a little more attention but they're always very friendly I have to say so that counts for something in my book but overall I would really rather get what I pay for hot fries and the correct order"

my mother had a bad experience with salate there a long time ago, but I had no problem. I'm in love with others. ? also they were ours to place for post-Guard-Comps, so there is.

I love Wendy 's food this is the only Wendy 's in town that I will eat from. However the last 2 times that i have been here, i get up to the speaker to order they say, Sorry but we are only taking mobile orders . Sucks when ur just getting off work, trying to get dinner for your family rush home with a hot meal.

Had several issues with this location and asked for a response back from higher-ups. Never got a response. They lack the care about customer service, speed or abide by closing time. I've had only 1 decent visit here. But overall company expects you to come back even when you have continuous issues. Wendy's is officially off my list of places to eat.
