"Beautiful Swiss restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere and good food (except some dishes). The staff is always very friendly and professional. The food is usually very good, we enjoy the fondues a lot. However, there are some minor errors with the courts. The cured meats are dry and salty, tasting like something you could buy in a grocery store, not like something you pay CHF 17 for. The clear soup “Kraftbrühe” is also too salty for a bouillon and avoids this dish. Other than that, the dishes are delicious, although the prices are a bit too high for the simplicity of food. Die Küche der Zollstube ist wie immer währschaft und sehr fein, der Service sehr freundlich. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die grosse Bierkarte, mit verschiedenen guten dunklen Bieren, eine schöne Abwechslung zu Wein.

Wann immer möglich, gehen wir nach dem Besuch in der Therme in BadRagaz in der Zollstube essen. Sowohl das sehr freundliche Service Personal, als auch die einladende Küche waren abermals zur Stelle. Ein Highlight eines jeden BadRagaz Besuches :

Wir waren am Valentinstag in der Zollstube und sind begeistert. Das Essen war sehr gut, aber den Charme des Restaurants machen die Mitarbeiter aus, welche sehr zuvorkommend und mit Freude bei der Arbeit den Gast umsorgen. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Am Valentinstag hatte es auch noch frische Rosen zum mitnehmen auf der Herrentoilette ; Kann die Zollstube wärmstens empfehlen!
