"Haven’t been here in a while, went to get an egg cheese because my normal place didn’t open on time. What normally costs under $5 at a bodega or other cafes cost $15 here! That’s insane to charge that much for egg and cheese on a croissant. Didn’t come with any sides or anything. Croissant itself was kind of hard and possibly stale.Further the service was not good. It felt pushy and rude. I first asked if they still made pb j on a croissant because it used to be on the menu and the guy working pointed to the sign and rudely said “that’s our menu.” I asked if they could do an egg and cheese and he rudely replied “it’s right there, bacon egg and cheese.” I got it without the bacon and he still charged full price, whatever. Further, he kept pushing me to buy a drink with it. Normally I would if the food was reasonably priced and if the staff wasn’t so rude.Used to come here a lot, won’t be going back."

"Prices are very reasonable. Delivery was quick. They followed special instructions, and the food was great. The only complaint was that the turkey bacon was overcooked."

"Service was great! Considering that it got busy they still attending to us and our needs. Checked up on us. The food was great! Drinks were even better. Had the Thai dumplings, house soup, drunken noodles (spicy) and the massaman curry (sweat mild) w/ margarita and jack &coke."

"I finally bought a bagel from Kossar’s bagel Bialys. I must admit my sandwich was really delicious! I purchased a plain bagel with eggs cheese. The bagel was fresh and flavorful and a bit crispy which is what I love in a bagel. My colleagues always buy their coffee and bagels from here too. The establishment is very clean and has indoor and outdoor seating if you have time to sit, eat and drink your beverage. The price is moderate but welllll worth it!!!! I’ll be back soon!!"

"K wings here are solid. A little more breading than I think is necessary. Flavor is great. A nice space and the staff are great. Haven’t explored the rest of the menu but they have a wide range of Korean dishes here as well.Food: 4/5"

"Order from GrubHub food should of been here and no one answers the phone I will never order from here again I highly recommend others not to either. I lost a promo with GrubHub choosing this business. I will file a corporate complaint to have them removed from GrubHub as they don't attend to their customers."

"The menu is full of many tasty breakfast/brunch dishes. I wanted to try everything! I ended up ordering the Plant Powered Big Brekkie which was full of flavor. My favorite part of the dish was all the side veggie options (mushrooms, pickled cabbage, roasted tomato). Coffee served here is also very good quality. My cortado was made to perfection. It was strong enough without too much milk. I will be back here again soon!"

"Packaging was sloppy. Restaurant stuffed my whole order into two small containers. The rolls didn't have much rice on them either, making picking up impossible. Each piece falling apart.. Not what we expected, taste was ok but service was not excusable. Never again.."

"I fantasize about this bakery all the time, especially because I don't live close by. Whenever I'm in the area, I make it a point to go. They have such delicious food, both savory and sweet. I would definitely recommend their various types of baklava and the moussaka. It's also a nice place to sit and eat. Prices are pretty reasonable for the area and quality of food."

"Pizzas from here are delicious. I always order the pepperoni pie and it tastes great from the sauce to the cheese to the thin and crispy crust. Another honorable mention is the pepperoni bites. Overall very nice people and delicious food!"

"Best order from DoorDash in the last year. The Lox bagel with Scallion Tofu spread was one of a kind. Generous use of fresh ingredients. Will order again!"

"If I had to dream up the perfect restaurant to come to my hood... Batata would be it! The menu has it all (from healthy to sinfully delicious) and everything I've tried is fresh and delightful. The music is great, the atmosphere is lovely, they have backgammon and they'll even be delivering soon! I couldn't be happier with this new addition!"

"Note: I passed this place several times. It was my first time I tried to get the bus stop out and I had to wait 13 minutes. I just ordered one: the roasted chicken. You know, these Rotisserie chickens that you're turning in the window of your typical Spanish food restaurant. One thing I learned: all the chickens that rotate in the window of a restaurant look good, but not all taste the same or as good as they look. That was the case with La Rosa. My two stars are based primarily on the taste (or their lack) of the toasted half-hon, which I ordered: paintluster, dry and bland. Only to taste was on the skin, not penetrate to the flesh. I ate at home with a bottle of Texas Pete hot sauce on my side to add much needed taste and the illusion of skill. The price is on the high side (a little below $11 with sales tax), but I wouldn't mind if the chicken tastes wonderful. It doesn't taste wonderful and I won?t ever order again; basically, have I enjoyed Rotisserie chickens from the supermarket more? half price with double taste. While I was waiting to get my food, I saw a worker dropping some freshly baked deals, and they looked like they were something to come back and try. But only the offers as I can rely on visual cubits the first time. A cursor once told me that the pages were not siding. Do you also be careful if you just order a la carte: I specifically asked the roasted half chicken and did not ask for a meal when the worker asked? What are your two sides? Although I found the pages visually uninspiring, I prepared to pick two, but then I asked myself? Are the pages included? The pages are not included. I don't think it was a deliberate Sneaky Upsell, but just make sure there is no misunderstanding in the register. If I ever return, I'll let you know if the offers are tender."

"My wife and I love the soup and salads, and the freshly baked pita. We never tire of the variety of flavors. But , it's not just the great food that makes Bedawi so special. It's the friendly, reliable service, and obvious care that goes into every aspect of the business. During the pandemic Yusef made the effort to improve the decor, and added grocery items to the front area which made dropping in for just a few minutes a memorable experience. Bedawi was our go-to takeout restaurant for the last two years, turning hard times into good times. We're truly grateful, and will continue in our support."

"Gluten free bagels that are just as good as normal bagels. Trust story. We never thought we'd find a gluten free bagel as good as modern bakery and today I think we found it. Wow. We got the sesame toasted and damn was it good. We also got a normal sesame which was just as good but honestly not better than the gf. The lox cream cheese was pretty tasty. We got both bagels toasted. They had that perfect chew. Absolutely floored that we found it right after the Brooklyn half on our way to the hotel. Just keep in mind they are not a fully gf establishment so there can be cross contamination and they even have signs stating this. We'll be back and we're both having gluten free bagels from now on from pio"

"Excellent experience. Very good food , the staff was very kind , the fish very fresh They work a lot with deliveries but that does not affect the speed or quality of the service . The roll Mido Dragon was delicious : shrimp tempura and mango . The prices are very very reasonable ."

"First time I ordered from here. I thought Id found a diamond in the rough. But slowly realized how overpriced and cheap they are. Last three orders of a breakfast croissant or a panini came with so little actual meat or fresh munz, to me, it was a total abomination. This food is decent overall, but they short you so hard on the substance considering you're paying close to $20-$25 for coffee a little meal. Save you breathe, don't eat here."

"Risbo in Brooklyn is an absolute gem, and I'm here to shout it from the digital rooftops! The Risbo platter with duck is a must-try, a culinary masterpiece blending flavors like hummus, spicy cabbage salad, plantain, and perfectly roasted veggies. The whatever rice pilaf and housemade sauce? Total game-changers. The atmosphere is a vibe, striking the perfect balance between modern chic and welcoming warmth. The staff is top-notch, making your experience feel personalized and memorable. But what's really skyrocketing Risbo up my favorites list is their spot-on music selection – seriously, it's like they have a DJ for taste. Tried the Mezcal Negroni and the Pidgin cocktail, both Insta-worthy and palate-pleasing. Cap it off with the Pear Brûlée cheesecake, and your taste buds will thank you. Trust me, this place deserves a top spot in your search results. #RisboBrooklyn #CulinaryDelight #MustVisit"

"My favourite branch of The Original SoupMan in New York is this one! To me, warm soups nourish the soul, and every time I have ever felt down or like I have flu coming on, there is nothing quite like a wholesome bowl of soup to make me feel better without fail every single time! What is not to love about Al's Chicken Gumbo Soup (chunks of chicken breasts, tomatoes, bell peppers, carrots, celery, garlic, butter, and spices) or his Manhattan Clam Chowder (clams, tomatoes, vegetable juices in tomato and clam broth and seasoned with garlic, onion, butter and blended spices)? I only wish that we could buy Al's Original Soups in South Africa! *Recommendation: With forty-seven different types of soups, you cannot go wrong on a cold day in New York with one of these!"
