"I expected a bad service. At 11:30 there were few customers and few employees. About an hour later the crowd started to pick up. Our waitress was spectacular. She offered the finest service I had for a long time. When I was asked to meet there, I was not thrilled, but I am very happy that I agreed. The food was fabulous, my glass kept full and the waitress was very tender. I will definitely come back."

"I order the Crispy Shrimp Platter most times which is usually very good but today's was absolutely terrible. The shrimp were extremely overcooked and the fries had been fried twice. I think since I ordered after the lunch rush (around 2:30pm) that I got reheated leftovers. I spoke with Crystal the manager on duty who apologized and she offered another meal on my next visit, but I declined. I just want them to do the right thing all day, every day.Their standards are slipping which is pretty sad because I used to visit pretty often but I don't know what I'm going to get now a days."

"This place is amazing!!! I lived near 40/42 before 40/42 existed and called me biased, but China King has been top notch since the first day! I was through 2 marriages and this place was open with the same owners before the first marriage with the SAME CONSISTENT RELIABLE 10 MINUTE GREAT TASTE AND SERVICE! I really hope you enjoy your experience here, although they laugh at a pick-up window bc from Kovid and Atleast once!"

"I always had great experiences here and today was terrible. After my order at 3:56 I was informed that it would be ready at 4:46. My wife waits in the car and at 4:57 a.m. goes to the house to get the food and was told that the order was not suspended and they regretted that they would just start the order. My wife waits for another 20 minutes in the car and then gets it. I saw a $8.50 cent loan on a $57 dollar order plus tip. I called the store directly and asked how they got up with the loan amount and said I had to talk to a manager. A lady picked up the phone and said she was the manager Eliza and told me that the loan was good because we got the food. Her attitude was terrible on the phone and the way she talked to me was very disrespectful and unneededed. I told her how she talked to me and she said that she didn't care and that she put me in the hand without telling me something and said I would get a call from someone else. I told her that her attitude is unacceptable and unprofessional. I would never allow one of my employees to ever talk to a customer or guest as they did. I don't write many reviews, and this place was always a really good place to have employees like these run customers is probably the result here. It's a bad experience costs a business money, but I won't recommend this place to everyone, even though I've been here for years. It is sad to lose this place, knowing that it was a top choice for me and my family."

"I've been eating here for ten years. What happened to the quality of food and personnel? Sit and wait 33 minutes for our order. The woman's order was cold and not complete. The waitress had an attitude when she asked her to get her a hot meal. It was burned back by the microwave. I never offered coffee refills. He asked for a manager who told me they had only 1 chef. I went without food and certainly not paid. We'll never eat there! Management leaves much to wish and think that food service workers cry for $15 per hour. Maybe the customer service team must visit this store personally. The management must obviously be changed like the staff. For recording his cracker barrel on hwy 42 in Garner NC."

"Ordered for pickup. I arrived about five minutes after the expected pick up time and let the front staff know I was there and waited to the side. I understand they have a staff shortage and just figured my food wasn't ready so I had no problem waiting. Two people came in to pick up after me and received their food promptly. I waited for someone to come back to the front and asked again if my food was ready but the guy hadn't even written my name down. The food was cold by the time it came out about 15 minutes after I arrived. I wouldn't have minded the wait if the food had just come out but it had obviously been sitting there for a while. I received the wrong fries with my order, they added mayo even though I had asked for none. Husband's pizza was cold and soggy. At least the lemonade was good. This was my first and last time at Red Robin."

"family was in town and decided to stop here. they were immediately blessed as there were only two other customers in the facility. Once sitting, waited for 15 minutes for wait to wait for waitress to get our drinks. now the journey begins - would have taken my family and gone, but we were tired and hungry and already wasted time just waiting so we thought we would just stay. the waitress has completely forgotten us and seemed to be distracted with a drama that one of the hired had with her friend when 5 politicists came and had arrested the individual, who apparently had a car window on the parking lot where we parked. this is not, of course, the fault of the device and the owner, but what I expect is the accountability, as “we are the customer” have been treated and the bad service that has been provided. the waitress apologised for the wait after she was a “chatty patty” and looked at us when talking to other employees. Finally, she took our order, but once again, food lasted another 30 minutes to deliver to the table, and not to wait worth disappointing. Again, hardly anyone in the restaurant to carry these service delays bill. I also notice that other customers had the same experience that our waitress cried to the same bad experience! there are more, but in summary, I will never return to this place and do not recommend it. suggestion to owners, annoy their employees before the hire and bring their proaktiw how the place ran while they did not there. Note: I can't talk to other locations, but hopefully they don't offer the same customer experience to their so-called estimated customers with fresh ingredients there, sure if they say so!"

"This location has slid pretty far downhill, they used to be pretty good but for the past few months they've been horrible. Chicken filets have been so tough and so dry you can't even eat it, cold too. The fries are always cold and soggy, they always forget something in my order or give me the wrong order entirely. Gave me a coke today instead of the sweet tea I ordered. Had to throw away the whole meal as the bacon on my biscuit was burnt to a crisp, biscuit tasted like it was 3 days old ...cold as well. Chicken fillet was so thin there was no chicken at all... was pretty much just a breading patty. Can't beleive they are paying theese employees $15+ an hour to do their jobs so poorly. This location and the knighdale location have to be the worst 2 I've ever been to."

"First of all, I want to be ready to spend some money. As this place is more bar than restaurant, food is up there in the price cause alcohols special moonlight inspired cocktails and drinks are the name of the game here. This is said when you come here to eat the price points are almost irrelevant because the portions are worth the price. I came here with friends and family because I heard that the Mac and cheese were just too good to be true. I usually hate most restaurants of Mac and cheese, but I gave it a bit. I have my side from Mac up a bit to compliment my baby back ribs and loaded back potatoes by adding crimped bacon and grilled chicken. As a lover of bbq everything this is the first time in my life I have ever pushed a plate of ribs to a bowl of Mac and cheese. I really loved the depth of the scam like the bacon crumbs played by the several layers of cheese was heavenly. My ribs were a lot more crust in places, then I want to feel when eating baby ribs, but the BBQ sauce was divine. Great place, good food. Ends up with an invoice that $90 dollars for three of us total, which does not picture an appetizer, but really great food. I also loved our waitress. Great personality. Very friendly and resource-friendly. I drink sweet tea like a horse drink water and she made sure that I didn't have to wait for my glass to be filled. She bought half a pitcher to the table and I can't say how much I made happy enough. Great place!!!"

"Reading some of these reviews makes me really sad because I feel that they are a really unfair representation of a large local store. I met this place at least three, sometimes four times a week and I never had a bad experience. It is a smaller, local, family business so, yes, you will wait a little longer and the menu is not big, but they do more than make for them in quality and how great the staff are. I'm a coffee drinker and they never disappointed me. I will continue to support this local business and I recommend it 100%!"

"A group of us (14) stopped in here on a Saturday night at 7pm. We did have to wait about 30min to get seated but once they had room for us they took our orders and brought drinks out really quick. I ordered the Meat Lovers Lasagna and house salad. It was delicious. Lots of meat and very healthy portions of food. Hardly anyone was able to finish because we had so much food. If you're in the area and looking for Italian style you can't go wrong here. I recommen this place."

"Where do I start? Probably with the word: INCREDIBLE! Absolutely everything was impeccable. The seafood alfredo? Put your hands down what I've ever had. Nicely seasoned, the Alfredo sauce thick and creamy, the shrimps boiled to perfection. The fried shrimps were spiced and perfectly fried. The butter sauces all tastefully. The salmon perfect. Everything was perfect! I can't say exactly how incredible this meal was! Everyone was so incredibly friendly and welcoming. This is definitely a hidden gem of Garber and I will definitely return!"
