"I really dont like doing this, but after giving it a lot of thought I feel like its necessary. We decided to take our daughter and family to celebrate her birthday at Nemo last night. Got there around 7:30pm, it was expectedly busy. We got a table for eight of us right away. However, we sat there about 15-20 minutes before anyone took our drink/app order. We had only ordered a few sushi rolls to get started (most of the order was california rolls for tue kids). The drinks came around 15 minute after ordering, while the rolls didnt get to the table until around an hour to 1hr 15min later. At that point everyone was frustrated so we decided not to bother with ordering entrees, although we were still hungry. Not at any point did the waitress or anyone else check in or give us notice that the order was on the way or any update, or even bother to see if we needed refills or take an entree order. We are not complainers and were very patient, including the 6 hungry kids we had with us, but the entire experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. We went there because we always hear about how great it is. That just was not our experience unfortunately."
