"As an appetizer, I was served an excellent sepia tube filled with Chinese vegetables and rice. - very tasty!The Chef presented variety of beefs available: likel T-bone steak , American bison, local Allgäu beef, and Kobe dry-aged. I chose the Kobe. Priced at 59€, which sounded reasonable.The presentation of the main dish was excellent, accompanied with a "Vital Salad" (my choice). The Kobe was outstanding, tender and deliciously from beginning to end. Wow! Would not have that expected here.The Chef checked in multiple times and brought an special self-prepared relish made out of special home-made jam, pepper, tossed Havanna cigars and coffee beans - very, very good!!Accompanied with an excellent Italian dry red wine this was an amazing experience!! The total bill was 70 bucks plus service which was just very reasonable. Thanks - will come again!"
