"This is my favorite restaurant. I have been spoiled with fresh made pasta because of them and can't eat at Italian that doesn't make their own pasta now, lol. My husband doesn't eat pasta but goes with me because I adore it. He does love their tuna appetizer and once they had this huge tomahawk steak and he was in heaven. We go more frequently if they severed this more often because he would be more inclined to go so please bring it back lol. I love the white pasta with olives and pancetta. For Mt birthday last year they brought out a complimentary chocolate dessert, I don't know what it was called but it was chocolate and inside was ice cream and the best dessert I ever had. I love to go here for special occasions or just a regular week night. I frequently get take out as well. Husband says do the tomahawk steak more often or make it a regular menu item lol. We always have great service."

"We enjoyed breakfast with the Easter Bunny at Colonial Cafe. The food was the usual, good quality of any Colonial Cafe. The servers were friendly and busy. The Easter Bunny made the rounds, danced and passed out plastic eggs and toys. Great way to start the weekend!"

"Rox City Grill is located in the historic Hotel Baker along the Fox River. A small intimate lounge open Wednesday thru Saturday offering small bites,extensive martini list and live entertainment starting at 730pm. 1100pm. Parking is street parking which could be a challenge but there is a lot not too far away. We came on a Saturday night around 930pm. It wasn't too crowded . The server brought us a drink menu but not a good menu. Not sure when the kitchen closes. They had a piano player the night we went but he took a break at 945pm and didn't start playing again till after 1030pm. This was disappointing. Drinks were very good and not over priced. They do list their entertainment on their Web site. For a delightful experience,give the ROX a try."

"Amazing!!! I've had Indian food before, but not like that. That was excellent. We started with Masala Tea and Samosas. Both were super tasteful and delicious. The true stars of the show were the Chicken Makhani and the bread flight we ordered. WOW. Simply perfection and something we will long all the time! The creamy, velvety quality is the only way to describe the chicken makhani and, of course, perfectly composed the bread flight and basmati rice. The staff is super attentive, helpful and you can see that they like to share their love of eating with their guests. We will definitely make this a regular lunch place!"

"Best BBQ I 've found so far in St Charles!!!. I walked in the door and was treated like family from the start. The fun group of customers just made dining even better. I give you the 'rench dip. With a side of very good seasoned fries, for under $14, taxes included. I don 't think I 've ever had a better brisket sandwich, in KC, Des Moines, or Memphis. This one is juicy, chopped beef brisket, perfectly seasoned and the right amount of fat, provolone cheese, on a lightly grilled hoagie bun, with au jus. I had a small cup of their fantastic bourbon bbq sauce, for the fries. I 'll definitely be back. The sweet tea is fantastic, too."

"Came here for the first time based on Jonathan Rosenthals fb post mentions of this place and was very disappointed. Walked in to order in person and it took 5 mins for someone to acknowledge me, I recognized zero effort to decorate the restaurant, the man came out with food in his mouth and was chewing while taking my order. I ordered, his machine printed a receipt and without saying a word he turned around and went away. I stood there for a couple mins not sure if the transaction was complete and eventually walked outside to wait. I ordered a half cheese half pepperoni ny style. After 15 mins wait I walk in and the pizza is ready, I order two cans of soda and the gentleman said he preferred I paid in cash because it cost him too much money to ring up a card for $2. Even just ordering the sodas was weird, I asked if he could ring me up for two cans and the guy was like “idk can I, or will I?” I got the pizza and I noticed two things. The entire pizza was drenched in grease, and all chese only slices had pepperoni as well keeping in mind that not a lot of pepperoni was used. The attempt to actually make it half only cheese was absent and it was to put it simply it was a very sloppy pizza. The crust tastes good but it is noticeably chewy and not in a good way. I might give this place one more chance but I have more reasons to try other places."

"We went to Club Arcada to see the Tina Turner Experience. “Tina” and her band did not disappoint, but the rest of it was meh. We arrived on time for our reservation, but they were not prepared. So we sat in the anteroom along with three other couples with our reservation time along with others who wanted to jump the line. Once seated, we got the quintessential rocking table. Our waitress came to take our order, but was essentially absent the rest of the evening. We even had to hunt her down to pay the bill."

"I was looking for places near my hotel. I saw this place and had good reviews, so I went for it and took it out. the place has a domestic feeling and many take orders were ready to go when I left. the menu had a set of options. of the rogues of the place it made me still hungry. I ordered 2 dishes and the price was good. for everything it was $30 out of the door with pointed. When I came to my room, I was gassing when I took the food out. it was easy enough to eat for 4 people. I just had to laugh. large portions. with my first bite I danced in my head. delicious! I had a floor lamb and curry with bangs and twirl. I wish I had taken the left side. the biryani was so tasteful and I had only 2 bites. there were probably 4 tassen rice. both containers were so large. it came with the standard basmati white rice that she did the beautiful addition of a little spice and some butter I think it was butter or ghee sp for sure my next trip with have back from this small place in an older strip mall. a true hidden gem. the journey and the happy booze worth! when they buy for a person, resist attempt to get more than one item. eat sooo much! that live in the opposite of seattle is plentiful Indian or pakistan. the food quantity for the price us incredible. If I were in seattle, I would have got 1/4 of the food for $30. in the ground a plate many. I hope to try her buffet. Indian buffets are one of my favs because they can try all the joys. I forgot to mention. a great note is that they added a container of the gurke yogurt sauce. I would never have put this on my lunch and glad I tried. it was a delightful supplement and compliment the spicy beautiful. I'm sitting at the house in seattle and wish I had some of this food!"

"This was my first visit to this restaurant, and I had heard wonderful things about it. It did not disappoint! Our waitress, Jaimie, was excellent—her suggestions were spot on, and she checked on us regularly. We ordered the three kings platter, which included king, queen, and tiger wings, and it was very tasty. We also tried the supreme nachos and some fries. The menu is quite extensive, so I’ll definitely be returning to sample more dishes. Overall, it was a great dine-in experience!"

"Overall, great experience! Staff was super attentive. Literally, we had 5 different staff wait on my friend and I. We had the hostess, bus boy, waiter, food server, and table side mozzarella maker. All were very kind, talkative, and knowledgeable. The restaurant was recently redone so it looks completely different love it! My only complaints are how tight our high rise booth/chair combo was. Im 5’4” so I had to hop up onto my seat. Felt taller than a usual high rise. Then, it was extremely loud. Loud music, loud talkers, dishes clanking like crazy… I suppose that is more normalized nowadays, but still quite too loud that I could hardly hear my friend. Food was delicious! Highly recommend the table side mozzarella with the Sicilian olive oil, the Milanese chicken dish, and the bottle of moscato for the table. Will definitely come back during an off hour."

"Very cute aesthetic and brand inside of the shop. The decor is fun and whimsical, a nice little place to hang out with friends or to study alone. However, the food as well as the coffee leaves a lot to be desired. The coffee in the lattés tasted like nothing if not dirty water with milk and syrup. The food was also very lackluster in creativity and flavor. I think if they focus a little bit more on their product and a little bit less on their brand they would have a much more solid business altogether. They seem to do pretty large business in spite of their mediocre coffee and food. However they have tremendous potential to do better. I will stop by in occasionally, hope to get some better food and beverages as they improve their craft."

"Top tier experience. It's more than just pictures, it's the real deal. It's better in real life. Walked in on a Tuesday, early hour with my date and we both have nothing but good things to say. The first impression was booming. It's a beautiful space. So beautifully decorated and thoughtfully put together. Kaylie our server and the bartender was great. Service was prompt and professional. Everyone had a smile and friendly attitude. The food was Lots of gluten-free options, which for me a huge plus. They have a whole gluten-free menu, that's nice to take out the guess work. "Very clean refreshing place in St. Chuck. We sat at the bar and the waitress was super friendly. The frozen concoctions are perfect for the 100 degree heat! My wife and I got a flight to try out a few. My favorite was the dreamsicle. I asked for some water and they give you a nice carafe full of cool water. They do not sell food, BUT have a small window to the next joint Loaded Elevated Nachos . Perfect with the drinks. There are a lot of food joints around, so you are able to pick and choose what you want if you don 't like nachos, but who doesn 't like nachos?"

"Went here before homecoming and the food was amazing! the server was doing very well with how busy it was. The steak and frites were perfect! One of the best filets i've ever had. My gf gave me some of her potatoes and those were to die for too. For desert i asked for bread pudding i think and a few minutes later our waiter came back and apologized for not having any and came back later with a complimentary lava cake with this amazing caramel ice cream that i highly recommend."
