Service is always professional, but some staff are definitely more friendly than others!There is a very good selection for the breakfast buffet, but unless you are a big eater in the morning, the price is quite high (about 18 EUR, if I recall correctly), so if you are staying at the attached hotel and are a light eater it's probably worth your while to check out some other breakfast options.For dinner, however, I find the prices to be much more reasonable. The food is good, but not worth missing out on the other dinner options that Ulm has to offer.
