"Gave it 3 stars cause the drinks are good but what is the deal with them not having the chicken charizo burrito anymore for two weeks straight, most of their products are not available to order and it has been days!!! Are they closing or did they not order anything???? My boyfriend and i love going to this place to relax and enjoying our time but with products missing its hard to do that now when we love their products!!!! And you have to order online here again!!!"

In my opinion they have dropped in customer service, Food quality, menu items, and atmosphere since they changed brands.

This is one of my favorite coffee places ever. They are always so nice and friendly. I ALWAYS have an amazing experience here. This is the best caribou location I have ever been too and am going to miss it when I graduate and move away.
