"The person working the cashier on sunday september 11th was incredibly rude. I think she was the manager named Kelly. Then they proceeded to make my drink wrong so I kindly went back and asked them to re-make it for me. The other staff were nice, just not the manager. While waiting for them to re-make my drink, she was yelling at her workers because they weren 't doing enough labor . She should be written up, and possibly fired."

very different from the starbucks latte but it was good. I wouldn't switch for for a change of pace.

Their stuff is so friendly and sweet people with nice smile.....and their coffee is great I really like this caribou......and it in wonderful mall 10of 10 thanks caribou for having nice stuff
