"I made a reservation a month in advance for lunch/brunch with 2 friends. Upon entering the restaurant, we were asked to pay a $10 cover each, which was never previously disclosed. Our waitress didn’t greet us for at least 15 minutes and when she did, she just poured waters and didn’t ask for our drink order. When we finally had a chance to place a drink order, we were told they were out of champagne and strawberry purée. It was 12:30pm on a Sunday. Not much to say...disappointing. Ambience has a cookie-cutter feel of a franchise. Meatballs ok. Salad excellent.

Went during a snow storm. Perhaps understandably, service was short staffed and it took forever for entrees to arrive. Service aside, food was just ok.
