"Not very sanitary. Went in yesterday and the table looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a day. Went through the drive-through this evening and when we pulled up to the window, there were two girls at the shake machine. One was standing on a step stool throwing things and petting the other girls hair. Neither of them had gloves on. They made my husband and I’s shakes and when the girl that was standing in the step stool handed her one of our cups, the girl she handed it to ran her hand over her hair and took the cup by the rim (with her fingers inside the cup) and proceeded to make our shakes, we didn’t have time to complain, but we don’t want your fingers and hair in our drink. Love chicken fil a and long time customers. However, just like everybody else, portions are getting smaller. The chicken breast in their sandwich is much smaller. Prices higher but getting much less.
