"Really disappointed in this location now.before they were great I have been coming to this location since they opened and they use to have great employees and the product was always good.now since the new employee came in there is no consistency in the product sometimes I think the cinnabons might be old or from the day before they only put a little bit of frosting on it and want you to pay for extra instead of putting a decent amount on there sibtgatvit doesn't get all dried out i tried to call to speak to store manager or owner and Never got a call back this location probably won't last now that they have such awful employees"

The employees took a break and when they returned, they casually went back to the counter to resume working. It was surprising to see this lackadaisical behavior, especially right after we had just purchased food.

I went to this restaurant on a Tuesday because their website advertised $10 lunch boxes for kids on that day, but when I got there they were actually $12. When I asked for a fresh box, I was told I would have to pay extra for each individual item if I wanted it fresh. I ended up just getting the pre-made box because I was told it was baked that day, but it turned out to be a little stale. The only good part was the middle section. I was really disappointed with my experience.
