"Service and quality at this location has continued to drop over the last couple years, but tonight sealed the deal that we will not return. The crew working struggled to find the items we ordered on the entry system, argued amongst themselves on how to make the sandwiches, then we waited almost half an hour to be given 5 of the most pathetic looking sandwiches I have ever seen and nothing close to what you expect from Firehouse. I should not be surprised because it seems like the worst example of every chain restaurant calls Collierville home, but it's a shame because Firehouse was one of the few we could count on. Oh well."

"Wonderful place to eat. So jealous of those who work here and eat regularly. I'd be so fat. With all the superb sandwiches and salads they make a fantastic hamburger dressed as you want. My partner had the A Robbie Salad. We shared the ice cream on Sunday and I'm glad I saved room for it. Exceptional service of Katheryn."

"My mother and I eat here about 1-2 times a month. Gino is one of the best servers. We all share the pizza. Very cesty and the meatballs are juicy with a very good taste. To dessert we had the chocolate lava cake. Very good! Giving Cafe Piazza 5.0 because it has never been a bad experience and the food and service is always the best."

"All servers are very friendly and remember when you come back. The food is fresh and tasty definitely the best sushi place we were in the Memphis area. I may have eaten 50 60 times at Fuji and we're always coming for a reason, the food is excellent and the people behind it are even better."

"Stopped by and met the owner who's family is Italian and he's from NY, not far from where I grew up! Lots of options to order. I wanted a Bianca pizza so went with spicy prosciutto, artichokes and fresh lemon. The dough and cheese are made in house- every day. Really good thin crust style from Naples, that's sturdy but still pliable with beautiful air bubbles in the dough. All cooked in a wood fire pizza oven at over 900 degrees, Bene! There's even a drive through window. Ty so much."
