The hashbrowns are little potato chunks, deep-fried(? and seasoned. They are very good!

Amazing quality good food! This is one of the partner restaurants that the Eliza Jane Hyatt Hotel uses for globalist breakfast. I was advised I can literally order anything off the menu and it would be covered. Everything we tried was delicious and served with a smile, great service!
