Iconic place which is a restaurant with an ice cream counter as you enter. I am quite fussy about ice cream as usually a lot of additives starting with the Hormones antibiotics in the milk, apart from the alginate chemical flavours. But this...seemed quite good. Friendly service. Sat on the bench outside with a nice view of the river. Posted my postcards in the nearby box- none of them ever got anywhere!
