"Even though we were not guests at the hotel, my partner and I decided to have a special dinner at this restaurant on the last night of our honeymoon before heading back to Sydney. It turned out to be an incredible experience! The food and service were both outstanding. We particularly enjoyed the shrimp ceviche with coconut milk, chia, and green apple. The live acoustic set added a wonderful ambiance to the venue. We enjoyed it so much that we returned for breakfast the next morning. We hope to have the opportunity to visit again soon."

My husband and I had a confirmed reservation at an open table for New Year's Eve. We spent $75 on a taxi ride to get there, but when we arrived, they refused to honor our reservation. They wouldn't even let us inside the gate. We ended up getting back to our hotel too late to dine at a restaurant, so we had to settle for snacks for our New Year's Eve meal. It was a terrible experience.

Elegant colonial resort surrounded by beautiful jungle and facing one of the most beautiful beaches in the region. I live in Playa del Carmen and most of the resorts are all inclusive. It is a gem to have this beautiful hotel open for non residents. The food is beautifully presented, the view is fantastic, they have great cocktails and the staff is very pleasant and professional. It is a little bit pricey as expected for the setting. Worth a visit.
