I am very concerned with this business and I encourage everyone to go jimmy john?s down the street, they were extra nice to me and even gave me a discount for my problems in the firehouse."

Very nice staff. Good food. Be patient with the staff usually busy even if there are not many in the restaurant. They take online and call orders. It's worth waiting.

Mediocre cleanliness best, the worst part was the bag that she would tear one of my sandwiches in and the sandwich fell on the floor she would not replace if I spent almost $50 for our order when I called Firehouse customer service they said they can't do anything about it with all the money I spent this year in the firehouse, that's the worst customer service I experienced at the age.
