"This was our first visit to Vail and our first dinner in Flame. Not much for vegetarian options, so our server (which was amazing btw) checked with the cook and told me that he covered me. I was so impressed! He totally covered me! And my husband enjoyed his steak lol The dessert proposal, although from our server....sticky toffee pudding ... was by far the best! Chef Simone is a genius. Had the sea bass special and he totally increased how sea bass should taste. Really masterfully prepared, with a history of pure love.

This is my favorite restaurant in Vail. The steak is really good, but the sides and wedge salad are the best in Vail! We also enjoy the personal waiting staff. It's always a family lover. I highly recommend it!
