Pulled up to take out window placed order told 7—10 minutes ok cool, 20 minutes later nothing told it would be a little longer had management void transaction left

Unbelievable. I ordered food the day before for pickup. The day of the pickup I have to endure the long line at the drive thru because that is the only way I can pick up my food. At the window the crew told me that my food is still being prepared. I got my food 45 minutes after my supposed time of pick up. I would understand if I just ordered at the drive thru but I am picking up food ordered and paid the day before. What's the use of being called a fastfood?
