"I 've been ordering food to pick up more over the last few months. My parents lived close in an assisted living community. They both experienced significant health decline and one thing that made them happy was a Japanese meal. They always raved about the food which made me happy and I agree, the food at Kumo is fresh and delicious. My mom has since passed on, and my father has moved to the nursing section of the community. Our second time getting take out here during COVID. We got an assortment of sushi and all were delicious. Love to be able to support local businesses when we can. We will definitely be back.

Ordered from here on New Year's day and it was hands down the best sushi i've ever had! I got a California roll and added cream cheese and it was so fresh and delicious! Also got steamed dumplings to start and they were absolutely delicious I wish i ordered more! The woman who helped me at the front was so nice and included a gift, a keychain, with our purchase. Will definitely be back!

"This restaurant is a favorite of mine for celebrating special occasions. I recently went there with four friends to celebrate my 70th birthday. We started off at the bar for happy hour, enjoying margaritas and delicious soft pretzels with truffle oil. Afterwards, we moved to the main dining room for a fantastic dinner and dessert. It was a truly memorable birthday celebration."

"Server was friendly and checked on us regularly. It took longer than usual for meal to be served. The loaded potato was cold, not first time I've come and sides are served cold. Filet was cooked perfectly. The prices are a bit high."

"We came here for AYCE sushi and despite the restaurant being small, it was still packed. Service was pretty good. I typically eat AYCE sushi in the city but after coming here, I noticed a difference in quality. The sashimi definitely tasted better but the best part was that there was so many different special roll varieties. I don't know them off the top of my head but we ordered so many and none of them disappointed. The only gripe I have is that we ordered two servings of the karaage chicken, pork tonkatsu, and chicken fingers but we received so much. The karaage chicken and pork tonkatsu were pretty dry and I honestly expected chicken fingers but it was popcorn chicken. Oh, and we also never ordered any fried shu mai but they delivered it to us and just left it there even though we told them we never ordered it. Other than that, the sushi though, was great and I wish I ordered more sashimi but we had to finish the large side dishes they gave us. For me personally, it's out of the way and the only reason why we came was because we were in the area but I would rather stick to my dependable sushi spot in the city. However, if you live nearby, I would come by for just sushi and sashimi."
