As from Texas, we take our Menudo quite seriously, and I was not disappointed for one. My wife and my children tried the bread and they loved it absolutely. The chips and salsa had great taste, but the spiciness will crawl on you. Each of our plates was delicious. The waiting staff was very friendly, especially after we showed up not to know that they closed early on the Christmas Eve. What we did not notice until we realized that we were the only ppl in the restaurant. Our general experience with food and service is why...

Hands down, best authentic Mexican cuisine I've ever had. Great room. Super friendly and clean. Menu is phenomenal. This place is back on my must when I return to Roswell.

The first time here. I ordered Barbacoa, and Chicharrón burritos .. did not expect them to be so big. I had to take the other one. They were delicious and just good. Come on!

From California to Roswell New mexico and I stayed in this restaurant, good experience. Food was really good and the service was great. I definitely want to come back if I ever come back to this city.
