This is a small café-cum restaurant with limited seating and it is advisable to make a reservation. The owner, a Portuguese gentleman, serves as a kitchen and you have to be a bit patient. It is worth waiting because the food comes freshly cooked with good ingredients. The wine list is limited and it is best to go from the recommendation of the owner. We have an excellent Spanish wine. Our Cosmos tour group spent two nights at Novotel Bussigny Hotel Lausanne during the Grand Tour of Switzerland. The first dinner was included in the hotel. In our second night everyone was free to choose where to dinate. Bussigny is a very small, very charming village located 8 km from Lausanne. We had the choice to eat again at the hotel, or in one of only two restaurants in Bussigny. One has Chinese cuisine, the other offered local fare. We chose the local fare.
