Double cut means thick 1 inch thick pork chop, which is usually juicier and slightly pink in the middle. I was served 2 seperate half inch pork chops, which is dryer and tougher. Celebrated my mother's birthday here. Food was great. Servers were friendly and helpful. Was really the perfect spot to have an exclusive little family get together. And the best part was my mom was very happy. Thank you Livorno for the lovely service.
