"Food is always good, but the customer service at the counter by the guy standing in back making pizza is unnecessarily rude and dismissive. Myself and my coworkers eat here at least 3 times a week and any time this guy is at the counter he’s just nasty."

"A week ago came looking for a new place from the same old restaurants in Catskill. We were the only customers in the restaurant at 7 p.m., who was so incredibly refreshing, especially because we tried to find a quiet place after a long day at work. We missed the food about 15 minutes. The owner was very polite as our server Kristen. The food was surprisingly excellent. Beautiful large Entree sections and not a high end price. Ordnete the chicken marsala, which serves a thin brown sauce and excellent aromas and beautiful size mushrooms, served over pasta. Warm fresh baked rolls and salads with the ducks. Our server kept their attention to us and was only there when she had to be. They didn't try to throw us out at all, even though it was before the end of time. The owner had to vacuum the front area, but she closed the door to the dining room to not disturb us during our dinner. This contemplation did not go unnoticed, and I appreciate that extra courtesy. I always get mozzarella sticks where we go, sometimes good and sometimes bad, depending on where we go, but here the mozzarella sticks were some of the better we have eaten. We enjoyed our dinner and rest, although we understand that it is the only one here is not usually the norm. They are usually busy wherever we were. We'll be back someday. Great place. I'd give the food we had an A for everything that's perfect. I could see why it's a popular restaurant."

"The Cask Rasher is a hidden jewel in the Hudson Valley. The atmosphere is a unique blend of a fun and cozy brewery style that combines the owners with that of a historic building in Hudson Valley. The food is thoroughly excellent, balance some unique flavors with classic hearty dishes. They have a large design beer selection, and their craft cocktails are a real reflection of the place, without pretentious. I loved the Cask Rasher so much that I decided to have my wedding reception there, and it could not have been perfect! Everyone in my diverse extended family ~35 people) loved it. From appetizers including shaved Brussels sprouts, shells and chicken wings in their unique cojo sauce, to the ducks, the juicy burgers, fish and chips, and cauliflower steak with latkes, everyone found something they wanted to fill themselves with! I couldn't have imagined a better place and I'm very grateful for how talented Jocelyn organized all this. The waiting staff was always on the ball, friendly and attentive. I could sit back and enjoy the food, cocktails, time with my family and the lively but cozy atmosphere! I wouldn't have changed anything!"

"This was our 3rd time visiting Reds and probably last, we deal with the RV dealer just up the road and it is convenient to stop in for lunch. The decor is very different, some may call it nostalgic and some might call it damn old, my husband and I are at opposite ends of this debate. I had the Asian bowl and my husband the Surf and turf burger, both were pretty good, nothing to rave about. The brioche hamburger rolls are great though. The real complaint is the prices, our server asked if I would like rice or noodles with my bowl without saying it was $3 extra for the noodles and I added shrimp at $6 so a $13 bowl became $22. My husbands burger was $17 defiantly on the high side. Here’s the kicker we both got tap water with lemon and they charged 50 cents for the lemon wedges!!!"

"Enjoy a wonderful dinner in Pico de Gallo Friday night! The first time to eat, in a long time!!! We went early as soon as they opened, hoping it wasn't crowded and it was?t. The tables are widely distributed and the waiter and all the guests who later entered the restaurant wore masks until sitting. Our waiter JAKE was just GREAT!!! He was such a friendly nice guy, he was attentive, answered our questions, made a few suggestions, served us our delicious drinks and meal and let us visit ourselves with our friends that we had not seen at the age. It was a beautiful, much needed evening outside!"
