best Chinese traditionally gilded dumplings (northern dish, not suppenknödel) in manhattan. taste them as homemade with very fresh and good ingredients. came twice, since soft open and loved everything. and 鲅鱼 is my favorite.

dumpling lab is a curated, chic, tapas-style dumping spot for the Instagram crowds, and the Ponsh foods that enjoy light bites compared to a full restaurant experience. some items are better than others, and the personal is thinned out, but if they want to try a chic emptying place!
