Das Lokal ist im Gebäude des Hotel Beau Rivage Palace. Es ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Speisekarte bietet eine Vielzahl von verschiedensten japanischen Gerichten. Die Bedienung ist aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Essen wird liebevoll serviert und schmeckt hervorragend. Das Lokal können wir wärmstens empfehlen.

We stayed at the hotel for a couple of nights and ate at the Japanese restaurant on the first evening. The food was good, but I had better at other Japanese restaurants. Service was no satisfactory and it appeared that there was no team work...at all among the waiters and waitresses. Not the best choice after having had a negative experience at the Café Beau-Rivage in the same hotel in the afternoon on the same day.

I’ve visited Miyako a couple of times before however, this time stuck with me compared to the other times. The staff was extremely professional and very pleasant which enhanced the dining experience. The food had good proportions and was plated in a very beautiful way...showing the customers the quality of the restaurant. The day in which I dined at Miyako it was gloomy and rainy and the waiters specifically catered their suggestions to give the customers a pleasant experience. I certainly recommend Miyako for a nice formal diner or more casual lunch, but keep in mind that it’s high quality does bring it to the more pricy side, but I assure you are getting your money’s worth!
