"First off, I received a lackluster greeting. The cashier rang me up for a meal when I asked for the sandwich only, when I tried to repeat that I asked for the sandwich only and what I wanted on it, she cut me off and said I got it in an irritated voice. The cashier rushed me by cutting me off through the entire order. The item that she said she got was actually prepared wrong so I had to go back and correct the order. The food was hot but the customer service will definitely stop me from going back. Who wants to pay almost 30.00 for food and be treated in that manner. It 's not worth it, especially when other restaurants in town sell the same thing. "Chicken was dry as sawdust, our order was very wrong, the kids running the front took the order down wrong. Food took like 10 minutes to get with no line, other people were served before us. And to cap it off they gave us all spicy sandwiches when no one asked for spicy sandwiches. I love bojangles but this specific store needs work."
