We went there recently sitting over the kitchen and my filet was rare and I ordered it medium. I sent it back to be tossed back on the grill. I watched as the cook with a disgusted look threw it on the upper level of the grill I think. (He used his bare hands to pick up my steak) Fifteen minutes later, I got it back and it looked the same reddish purple in the center. I didn't eat it. I took it home to cook correctly for breakfast. Great service, Fantastic food quality, great atmosphere! Wait staff very attentive! Generous portions on all menu items! Very fair pricing compared to other local restaurants! Have also dined in their Southington location, ditto for above comments! Also great portions and fast turn around on take-out orders! Rick the owner/chef truly cares about his customers! Just had a lovely dinner with family at Nataz. The steak was beyond amazing, the service was stellar. Everyone loved their food. The flavor profiles were original and memorable.
