"We hit some perfect timing today to enjoy some lunch at 11:30. No wait and the restaurant was not crowded!! Service was fast and friendly! Of course we got the salad and breakfast. Salad was delicious all looked very fresh. Breadsticks came right out of the oven hot and fresh! Just to much salt on them today was hard to enjoy with that overwhelming flavor. We ordered the chicken Alfredo which for as much as you get definitely worth the money. Only main complaint from our lunch experience today was the pasta came out to the table cold. Also ordered the lunch size chicken parmigiana. A good amount for $10 all flavors were delicious. And last was the children's spaghetti with chicken tenders a...

Olive Garden provided an awesome free meal for veterans. We ordered the Chicken Parmesan and it was delicious and the customer service was at its best. Thank you OG for such a great experience and for honoring the area veterans.

It is common knowledge that there are staff shortages everywhere now. Despite the nearly empty restaurant, we had to wait for 10 minutes. We finally sat outside to watch the geese, and our party of 3 was called for our table. Surprisingly, we found an empty hostess desk when we entered. After waiting for about 3 more minutes, she finally appeared. We were seated and ordered water, but had a slow wait for our food. Salad and breadsticks arrived, but there were no plates to eat with. After my husband requested plates, they were brought to us. The utensils were quite dirty. Our entrees were basic and not very impressive.

I knew this was going to happen, because every time I've tried ordering ToGo any OG, I always have a bad experience. For some reason, you're not allowed the same quality food you get when you dine in. It's a shame. I ordered a good amount of food, and honestly, it was all mid. But the one thing that really got me, was this damn lasagna fritter, every.single.time they burn it when I order it ToGo, but never have I received an order like that when I dine in. If the burning wasn't enough, there was old ass cheese on top of my fritter, so how long was this even sitting before you guys decided to throw it in my box? Ridiculous. Would not recommend and will not be back.
